Personalized pet portraits are unique artworks featuring your pet, created based on the photo you provide.

To place an order, simply upload 1–2 clear photos of your pet. After completing the checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Within 48 hours, we’ll send you a digital copy of the final portrait. You’ll get an email with a link to download the high-resolution artwork — perfect for printing or sharing on social media.

Please upload a clear, high-quality image of your pet, preferably taken in natural light, where their features are easily visible.

If you ordered a digital portrait, it will be ready within 48 hours, and you’ll receive an email with a link to download your high-resolution artwork.

If you ordered a physical product (like a T-shirt or print), the portrait will be created within 48 hours, and then it takes an additional 5–10 business days for production and delivery.

Once your portrait is finalized, you’ll receive an email with a link to download the high-resolution artwork — perfect for printing. If you ordered a printed product, it will be shipped to your address within 5–10 business days after the portrait is completed.

Refunds are only possible if the digital product has not been accessed or downloaded. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.
